Secret Cove Marina is a family owned and operated 150 berth marina offering full time and guest moorage from 20ft. to 140ft. vessels. Located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, directly across the Strait of Georgia from Nanaimo and adjacent to Smugglers Cove & Thormanby Island Marine Parks.
Home to our floating store and "La Bettolina Restaurant" our marina and fuel dock offer a full range of services to make your boating experience what it should be.
A well-stocked floating store houses a government liquor agency, that includes one of the "best" little wine selections on the Sunshine Coast, with direct from winery deliveries. A full range of staple and gourmet foods, freshly baked rustic breads and Hills Fine Meats. It also houses our branded clothing, our famous Martini T's & Helly Hansen. A large selection of fishing tackle, marine parts (with next business day delivery on special orders), hardware, books, souvenirs, local giftware and crafts.
For our registered moorage guests we offer kayak rentals and paddle board rentals, demos and sales. We can also arrange to deliver you to the sandy beaches of Thormanby Island, or to your tee off time at a local golf course.

about us
We are Andreas and Kendra Tize. We moved to the Sunshine Coast in early 2014 and quickly fell in love. We are boaters like you, so we have an understanding of boating life and needs. We are new to owning a marina so let us know where we are getting things right and where we might need some feedback or improvements.
Andreas has a background in tourism and Kendra has a background in the service industry and has worked as an RMT for nearly 20 years. Andreas spent a number of years in his late teens and early 20's sailing lasers and became a sailing instructor, Kendra grew up boating these local waters with her family and remembers visiting Secret Cove Marina as a kid!
